Coupon

Coupons in the Hall Map Flyer

As an exhibitor, you can use coupons to advertise your trade fair offers.

The coupons are a component of the Hall Map Flyer which is available at ticket offices and info-stands throughout the exhibition grounds – 100,000 will be printed. The number of coupons is limited.


Professional Center

Showcase your product in our special exhibition area in the Professional Center:

The Professional Days of International Green Week will take place from 20-24 January 2020! Meeting point is the Professional Center in Marshall-Haus with exciting products presented clearly and compactly, exclusively for trade visitors and exhibitors.

As a producer, you will be able to make use of an additional platform in order to draw the trade visitors’ attention to your product. Here, you may provide up to three products as exhibition items and samples for tasting; for this is the place where buyers, traders, caterers and F&B managers can directly discover and sample the products on the spot. In addition, corresponding product flyers or business cards facilitate the communication for our trade visitors.

This offer is addressed to producers and manufacturers from the food industry. Please be aware that you have to be an officially registered exhibitor/co-exhibitor of a national pavilion or the market hall in order to participate in the Professional Center. Registration will be possible in autumn.

Register your product under www.igw2020.com/professionalcenter. The registration deadline is 15 December 2019.

Public Relations for Exhibitors

Use public relations to inform the daily and trade press about your participation in this major, crowd-pulling event. Send press information geared to your target groups to the daily, trade and business press before Green Week begins.

Please note that the press conference rooms in the Press Center are exclusively reserved for Green Week exhibitors. We would be happy to help you organize your press conference.

We can provide assistance on setting up dates and times, arranging suitable space and technical equipment. Please make plans for the press conference as early as possible and contact us so we can arrange a press conference date.

You can start by having a look at the press schedule to get information about press dates which have already been registered.

Please note that the press boxes in the Press Center are exclusively reserved for Green Week exhibitors.

During the exhibition you can use a press box located in the Press Center. In the Press Center you can display press releases and photos and also reach media representatives who are unable to visit your stand.

With our distribution services, your press information (text, photos, multimedia) reaches daily media via news-satellites – and journalists and industry insiders receive it via email and RSS. Your content is also integrated in search engines (Google News, YAHOO!), web portals, professional databases and social media services such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. This enables your customers to go online and easily find the latest news and offers about your business.
